Vanessa Elleman
I'm an Employee EXperience (EX) EVangelist driven by a core belief that work should be energising, purposeful and human.
My background spans public and private sectors, where I’ve designed and delivered employee-centric programs that drive real impact - from holistic listening strategies to culture change and experience design. I bring creativity, clarity, and passion to every engagement, working in partnership with organisations and employees to turn intent into action across the employee lifecycle.
As the founder of EXperience EVangelists, I built this business to make a difference in the world of work and champion employee-led experiences - because EXceptional EXperiences, workplaces and worklives aren’t built from the top down. They’re built EVery day, EVerywhere by EVerybody.
