EXperience EVangelists is a boutique employee experience design agency and advisory business specialising in co-creating people-first, employee-led workplace experiences. We provide strategic guidance, assessments, coaching, capability development and EX design services to businesses and individuals globally.

Our services are designed to support leadership, employee experience strategy, worklife design and organisational culture. While we bring deep expertise, the outcomes of any engagement depend on multiple factors, including client implementation. We do not guarantee specific results, performance, or business outcomes unless expressly agreed upon in a formal service contract.
We offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery call and assessments for potential clients to explore whether our services align with their needs. This call and assessments are informational only and does not constitute formal consulting advice, coaching, or a guarantee of engagement.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule discovery calls at our discretion. No obligations are created unless a separate service agreement is signed.
5. Bookings and Payments
All consulting engagements, workshops, and retainers are subject to availability and acceptance.
Fees and payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals. We may offer online booking, event registration, or contact forms via the Site.
For any payment processing via the Site (e.g., Stripe or PayPal), you agree to the third-party provider's terms and are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate.
6. Client Contracts and Scope of Work
Specific project deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and terms of service will be outlined in a formal Client Services Agreement between EXperience EVangelists and the client. These contracts override any general content provided on this Site.
