Refund Policy

Rescheduling
You must provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice in writing or your desire to reschedule a session with us. 


Where you don’t provide at least 24 hours’ written notice or you are a ‘no-show’, your session will be forfeited, and we will be entitled to keep the Fees for that session. 


We may reschedule your appointment at any time for legitimate business reasons – for example, if we are unable to attend your session due to illness of our key personnel. If we reschedule your appointment, we will do so as soon as possible at a time that is mutually convenient to both parties. 

Refunds
We only provide refunds in accordance with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


We do not provide change of mind refunds for sessions and assessments. 


If you believe that you have a claim under the ACL, please email us as soon as possible to hello@experienceevangelists.com.au. Please outline your concern, along with proof of purchase, such as a receipt/invoice.

 

Employers

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for employer services are covered under the terms of your signed service agreement. Please refer to your agreement or contact us directly for details.
